Dead-on-Arrival & Faults
- Report items that arrive damaged or faulty within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund for confirmed faults.
- For faults that appear later within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll guide you through a warranty claim.
