Authorisation

Submitting an order authorises ZEUZY (via PayPal) to charge the total shown for the products and any applicable charges. You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract forms when we dispatch your goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund you in full.

Pricing Accuracy

We take care to price accurately. If a genuine error is found, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel the order before charging, or refund you if already charged.
