Refund Timeline

  • We inspect returned items on arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 days of us receiving the return.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (PayPal, debit or credit card).
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Items returned outside the 60-day window, or that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund. We’ll always contact you first if there’s an issue.
